This constitutes the legally binding agreement between you and Vesti in your use of the platform, including its content and services. By clicking “I agree”, you consent to be bound by these terms and conditions.

You represent that you are at least 18 (eighteen) years of age, which is the minimum age requirement to use this service. If you are under the age of 18, you can only use this service with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, under such a person’s account.

These terms and conditions do not constitute an offer or invitation by or on behalf of Vesti to the public to subscribe to any of our saving plans. We do not solicit funds nor advertise for the same. Vesti operates a cooperative for family and friends, (and others that may signify interest), named Vesti (Victoria Island) Cooperative Multipurpose Society Limited. These terms bind family and friends (and others that may signify interest) i.e., all participants. By participating and accepting these terms and conditions, all participants are deemed to consent to being a member of Vesti (Victoria Island) Cooperative Multipurpose Society Limited. A member is deemed to consent to Vesti taking capital from members (e.g. by way of savings), to invest in products recommended and/or operated by Vesti and other 3rd parties. A member is deemed to have contributed funds that have been legally obtained and that are in line with Nigeria’s Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Combating of Financial Terrorism (CFT) laws.

You agree that Vesti may debit your card or online wallet according to the amount you authorize from time to time without further recourse to you. That the savings shall be done in Naira and shall accrue interests as stipulated by us on the website. You agree that your funds remain in Vesti’s custody until you withdraw your funds from Vesti’s account to your bank account. You cannot use funds in your savings account to make purchases, withdrawals, funds transfer to third parties, or for other purpose except as stated in these terms and conditions.  We are not responsible for any third-party fees that may be incurred as a result of using our services.

We partner with other financial/payment service providers in providing our Services to you. To enable you to make payments on/through the Platform, we may share your information with these financial partners. You therefore authorize us to share your identity and banking information with our partner financial institutions in respect of our Services. Vesti shall not be liable for any default, negligence, or breach of the financial partners.

Disclaimer of Warranty

The Platform, its content and all services on the platform are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law. Vesti disclaims all warranties of any kind, either express or implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. You shall be solely and fully responsible for any damage to any computer system, any loss of data, or any improper use or improper disclosure of information caused by you or any person using your login credentials. You hereby release Vesti and hold it and its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees harmless from any and all claims, demands, and damages of every kind and nature (including, without limitation, actual, special, incidental and consequential), known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Services. You waive the provisions of any state or local law limiting or prohibiting a general release.

The foregoing indemnity shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdiction. This indemnity also applies with respect to damages incurred by you by reason of any products or services sold or provided on any linked Platforms or otherwise by third parties other than Vesti and received through the Services or any linked Platforms.
