UPMC Altoona is recruiting a Neurology physician for their hospital in Altoona, PA. Join a group of three Neurologists, three Advanced Providers and two Neurohospitalists. Must have an MD or equivalent, be board eligible or board certified in Neurology with the ability to obtain an unrestricted PA license. J1 and H1B visa sponsorship available.
Opportunity Details
- Flexible schedule, full time position
- No Call
- Clinical academic appointment
- See an average of 15-20 patients/day
- Current providers read EEGs and EMGs
- EPIC EMR for outpatient and Cerner for inpatient
- Ability to build and grow a subspecialty
- Ability to have autonomy and decision making with a supportive and collaborative group

Qualifications
- Licensure, Certifications and Clearances:
- Board Certified or Eligible in Neurology
- BLS, ACLS Certified
- Must qualify for a medical license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
