The IMPACT Scholarship

Posted By

Overview
Preventing and redressing the impact of inequalities is a core philosophy of the UCL Master of Public Health (MPH). To reflect this, we are offering two scholarships annually which will support applicants who have demonstrated financial need, who have lived experience of inequality, and who show great promise for population health impact. The Inequalities and Impact scholarships will cover the successful recipients’ full fees (£16,500) to study on the MPH programme. People wishing to study full time, or part- time, or modular flexible are welcome to apply and the scholarship will be applied to their fees pro rata.

Eligibility
People with financial need and lived experience of inequality can apply for the IMPACT scholarship. This may include, but is not limited to, experience of inequality due to income, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, carer responsibilities, adverse childhood experience, social exclusion, or disability.

Please note that in order to apply for the IMPACT scholarship, you must be a current applicant to the UCL online MPH. This includes those who are awaiting a decision on their application and those who have already been offered a place on the programme. If you have not yet applied for the MPH programme itself, please do not apply for the IMPACT scholarship until you have done so. Please note that no decision will be made on the award of the IMPACT scholarships until after the application deadline for the MPH.

Application deadline
11:59pm on 30 June 2022

About this application
