Full Job Description
PARCLL is a local growing logistics company looking for a savvy and innovative individual to expand our Customer Service department with the addition of a Customer Service Representative. You will work in close co-operation with the Client Success Manager, Operations and Carrier teams throughout the company.
Job Duties:
- Serve as a point of contact for all internal and external customers (new and existing)
- Respond and resolve customer inquiries and issues via phone or email for questions related to business
- Coordinate data analytics efforts by managing data extracts needed from our system
- Work on return shipments and process, while optimizing RMA SOP
- Analyze account activity and suggest opportunities for service improvements
- Coordinate pre-alerts and notifications to appropriate warehouses, according to customer requests
- Maintain appropriate files and documentation, in accordance with company policy and internal controls
- Communicate with customers ship dates, tracking information, and address any shipment needs
- Liaise with internal teams to determine service requirements, resolve problems or complaints
- Provide support to ensure client integration process runs smoothly and efficiently
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication, internally and externally
- Document customer interactions as necessary in CRM
- Assists with customer feedback, follow-up, retention efforts
- Able to take ownership of customer issues and resolves problems independently, escalate difficult issues to manager when appropriate
Requirements:
- Associates Degree Communications or related major
- 1 year or more in a B2B customer facing role
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and completeness in entering data
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Empathy and excellent Communication skill
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Outgoing personality
- Ability to build personal relationships
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
