HAVING DIFFICULTY WITH YOUR PIN?
Your account security and privacy are important to us as well – and they are also to you. Our top priority is to provide strong security and ensure that your information is accessible and safe whenever you need it.
Your PIN is a code that is used for verifying your identity. This code must be kept secret at all times and should never be given to anyone else. The Personal Identification Number (PIN) consists of a 4-digit combination of numbers that is only known to the You. Your PIN allows you to access your account information on the VESTI app. It is important that you choose a PIN that you can easily remember. To protect the security of accounts, VESTI app requires you to verify your transaction PIN to
- Open the VESTI app
- Tap “Settings” at the bottom right corner of the app
- Tap “Update Transaction Pin”
- Enter your password in the first dialogue box provided
- Enter your new pin in the second dialogue box provided
- Confirm your new pin by re-typing it in the third dialogue box provided
- Tap “Update”
When logging in or out of your account and the VESTI app overall, you can be certain of the safety and security of all your personal information. Keep this PIN private. Don’t share it with anyone.
